FAQs

How do I know which treatments are right for me?
If you’re visiting us for the first time, or simply unsure where to begin, we recommend booking a consultation with one of our experienced aesthetic doctors or skin therapists. This allows us to understand your skin, lifestyle and personal goals before tailoring a treatment pathway that feels right for you.
Feel free to contact us on 1300 142 536. if you’d like guidance ahead of your visit.

I have a special occasion, when should I book?
We’d be honoured to help you prepare. Some treatments require time to unfold, or work best as a series, so we recommend planning ahead. As a guide, we suggest visiting 4 to 6 months before your occasion, or at least 6 months ahead of your wedding if you’re seeking a long-term skin program. Your Aesthetic Doctor or Dermal Therapist will advise the most suitable timeline during consultation.

Where suitable, injectable services are performed by experienced medical professionals.
