The Fractional Ablative CO₂ Laser is a doctor-only treatment that uses controlled energy to resurface targeted areas of skin. It works by creating precise micro-channels, which stimulate natural skin repair processes while leaving surrounding tissue intact to support recovery. This treatment may be considered for concerns such as visible signs of ageing, changes related to sun exposure, and irregular skin texture. Following treatment, temporary redness and sensitivity are expected for 5–7 days, with the area usually settling within 10 days.
