To help us maintain this standard, we kindly ask that our clients take note of the following guidelines.

 

Arrival

We invite you to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to enjoy a moment of calm with a cup of tea, complete any consent forms, and allow time for pre-treatment photographs to be taken in a relaxed manner. 

If your treatment requires numbing, please arrive 15 minutes prior so the cream can be applied and take full effect. Clients receiving numbing are kindly asked to arrive makeup-free to the clinic.
 

Consultations

Certain treatments require a consultation prior to your appointment. This ensures your safety, suitability, and that your results align harmoniously with your aesthetic goals.

Our practitioners provide thoughtful, personalised recommendations designed to achieve the most natural and refined outcome - every treatment is approached with precision, artistry, and care.

Clinic Environment

For hygiene reasons, we kindly ask that pets are not brought inside the clinic. Small dogs are welcome to wait in our front garden during your appointment.

For safety reasons, children cannot be in the treatment areas. However, they are most welcome to wait in the client lounge when accompanied by a responsible adult while their parent enjoys a treatment.

Courtesy & Cancellations

We kindly ask that you reconfirm your appointment upon receiving your courtesy text.
Please note that a 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all appointments. This allows us to offer your reserved time to another client should your schedule change.
